  Lt. Rod Blake : Oh, hello. I'm Rod Blake, chief investigator for the Nevada state troopers. You've all heard the old saying that "the quickest way to a man's heart is through his stomach." Well, there's a shorter way - the course taken by a bullet. However, finding a man with a bullet in his heart and proving it's murder are two different things. Sometimes a capital crime is so cleverly conceived that the jury brings in a verdict of justifiable homicide and the murderer goes free.
