In this episode, Monk's mail slot is on the door which is apparent when Monk lifts it open to check if Marci is still outside; however, in Mr. Monk Makes a Friend (2007), when Hal collects Monk's mail, the mail slot is clearly in the wall on the left of the door.
When Natalie and Marci are arguing after Marci has given Monk a monogrammed wipe, Natalie's sweater is being held open by her purse strap over her right shoulder, and Natalie holds her own bag of sanitary wipes in her left hand. When Monk walks around from Natalie's back and the shot changes, both folds of her sweater have been repositioned to cover her chest more modestly and the bag of wipes has moved to her right hand.
When Monk finds the plaster with Marci in the lumberyard, the camera flashes between him and Marci multiple times. During these switches, the monogrammed wipes appear and disappear from Monk's hands multiple times.
At 19-20 minutes in as Monk, Natalie, and Marci are talking, the cheese on the board in front of Marci changes as the camera moves back and forth. First there are two pieces with holes cut out and they are overlapping, then there are three pieces with holes cut into them and they are spread out.
When Randy and the boy first open the "Timber" game, there are fewer than twenty blocks in the container. Later, when they are using the blocks to build the tower there are far more blocks than were originally in the container.
Marci gets around the restraining order on her by "winning" Mr. Monk at auction and laying claim to the promise that he can now be asked to do anything within law and reason for six hours. She then has Monk come to her home, attempts physical touch ("clue" hugs), joins him on the case, tries to get a job with him, and talks to him from within the mandated distance limit. These are all violations of the restraining order - those aren't superseded by contests. Her showing up at the auction alone should have resulted in her being arrested.
When Marci shows Mr. Monk her diorama of Mr. Monk and the Three Pies (2004), Marci has a troll doll which she says is supposed to be Natalie. However, Natalie first appeared in season 3's Mr. Monk and the Red Herring (2005) which aired in January 2005, and Mr. Monk and the Three Pies (2004) aired in January 2004 in season 2. If it were to be correct, Marci's troll doll should depict Sharona Fleming instead.
Marci herself is one of the characters in the diorama. It just depicts the case as in Marci's fantasy, not exactly as it happened.

Neither the hole under the fence or the dog's grave are big enough for the German Shepherd shown on the picture of Otto.
This episode centers around allegations that Marci's dog killed the victim.
However, Monk's summation states the victim was initially hit in the head and knocked to the ground.
An autopsy would reveal a blow to the head, which would eliminate the dog as having been the initial attacker.
