Goofs

Kara

Smallville

Edit

Continuity

When Lana turns from the mirror to face Lex, you can hear her cock the pistol she's holding however, when she holds it to Lex's chest the hammer is forward and the gun is not cocked.
When Clark first encounters Kara, they have a brief fight. However, later when Clark grabs Kara when she's looking for "Kal-El," she's shocked that he has superspeed. Since Clark already used superspeed as well as his strength and displayed invulnerability when they first fought, Kara shouldn't be surprised at all. In fact, right away, she should have already suspected Clark as possibly being Kal-El.
When Lois shows Grant the photos of the trucks going to the grain silo, they stop at what is meant to be the ground floor but the sign says they're on level 6.

Factual errors

When Kara is floating in space toward the beginning of the episode, her hair should be floating weightlessly, but it is hanging down on her shoulders as if she's still on Earth.

Plot holes

Lois leaves with Chloe intending to go to the hospital and then the Inquisitor, but somehow ends up at the Daily Planet pitching her story there instead. (The DVD includes a deleted scene that provides some of the missing transition.)
