When Dwight goes into Michael's office to console him, he is not wearing a jacket, but shortly thereafter he is shown in the office wearing his jacket.
When Michael goes to meet Pam's landlady, the barista announces Michael's coffee is ready, putting it on the counter. A few seconds later, the coffee is twelve inches further down the counter, on the glass top.
According to the gravestone, Michael's dream model died in 2003. This episode was released in 2008, so the annual catalog Michael was using must have been about 5 years old.
The license plate shown on Andy's car is an obvious fake. Standard PA license plates are 3 letters followed by 4 numbers. The registration sticker should be in the lower left corner. The website address is incorrect. The current plates use www.visitpa.com and not www.state.pa.us.
