When the Graske comes to the end of the driveway after chasing Alan out of Andrea's (Sarah Jane's) house, you can clearly see the number "21" plaque on the gate - which is the number of the real house used on location, 21 Clinton Road. It should be 13, for 13 Bannerman Road, which is the fictional location.
