Walter Wilson and his junior partner Robin De Rover are hyper-corrupt Antwerp PD detectives. Walter's greed and arrogance irritate his criminal 'benefactor', drug baron Raf Broeckx, who even scolds him incompetent for failing to deal terminally with a Moroccan petty drug pusher after selling back his confiscated cocaine load, confiscated by abusively raiding his innocent (?) brother's home. It also gets dangerous, as Walter's clean rival team, Frank Slaets and Raf Broeckx, gets suspicious and prods their sleepy chief to question if the mayor's war of drugs is served properly. Raf meanwhile has the surviving 'loser' eliminated in hospital by his own goons, Raoul Raes and mate, while his harlot demands for Robin to take her at home as a safe house having served as police informer.

Robin shelters Patrick's favorite whore Nikki at home, causing stress with her own lesbian partner. Everybody dreads the post-jail return of excessively violent motor-biker drug gang leader Bob "de Martino" Martens,who holds special grudges against Robin, Nikki and Wilson, who is taken from the Paternoster Case, close to transfer into port patrols, after insulting a key magistrate. Patrick helps the police set an arms deal trap to apprehend Martens. Patrick hesitates whether give returned Nikki another chance, sneering she most earn back the fortune her disloyalty has cost.

Even Paternoster looses his generous patience with the bumbler bad cops as Niki has been abducted and murdered by Bob 'Martino' Martens, who was arrested but quickly liberated as his attorney had no trouble failing the procedure again. Wilson's team is taken off the case in favor of Frank Slaets's, even watched with suspicion while the captain finally suspends him. Robin goes repay Paternoster behind Wilson's back, the fiends having threatened even his father. Yet he only hit the bottle, cocaine and a whore he can hardly afford anymore till falling asleep naked, so the cleans his wallet, Paternoster vandalizes his place and his a goon baseball-hit his knee, but he remains stubborn. A confused series of shadowing attempts sees Martino found due to his attorney, but Wilson abducted there.

Wilson was lucky to be dumped merely wounded and found, but is taken off the Paternoster case and nearly suspended. Frank Slaets duly mistrusts him as suspiciously well-informed on targets, but is discredited himself for having needlessly fired a fatal shot while arresting the Raes brother goons at a container which didn't even hold valuable contraband, survivor Raouls swears revenge. Paternoster was not amused that Marino dumped Robin's 'adopted' girl at his place has her pick up the brat, but Lesbian partner and discarded father are already agreed Robin is too dangerous around kids and must be removed from their lives. Martino beats (nearly?) to death his 'disloyal' defense attorney for refusing to work as he disregards her agreed instructions. Paternoster is again arrested and released for utter lack of evidence, even seems cooperative and throws Robin a cash bone, sneezing she shouldn't share with Wilson. Frank is furious as honest partner Peter Vinck openly considers asking a transfer.

Drug baron Patrick Paternoster is angry both the revolver from his desk and surviving goon Raoul Raes are missing, ignoring the latter attempts to revenge his murdered brother, which goes badly. Russian mob lord Vladimir Kozlov is even angrier that Paternoster demands much higher 'commission' then Martino to take over help to smuggle 250 kilos as a test case through Antwerp port. Murder commissioner Dirk Somers tries to keep the peace between side-tracked Wlson, who finds Martino's beaten-up lawyer Nadia still sticking to client privilege discretion, and Frank Slaets, who tries to tail Martino but is captivated and sees his junior partner Nico executed as a warning. All three are read the riot act for once more disrespecting all procedure rules, compromising prosecution and exposing them to serious police abuse complaints, after Maryino's mother's fatal shooting. Robin is utterly out of favor with her Lesbian partner, who refuses to be implicated, let alone 'traumatised' daughter Lotte, in identifying the kidnappers.

Wally is formally suspended, suspected of drug abuse on top of his failed tasks, and urgently needs cash for his drug and sex addictions, hence dependent on bribes. He offers to mediate between scared drug lord Paternoster and the vindictive Russian Vladimir Kozlov, earning a commission as a rebate is granted. Robin dumbly blames Wally for her wrecked Lesbian 'family'. Martino's lawyer Nadia Camus arranges for murder commissioner Dirk Somers being discredited with the supervising judge as well, and he's starting to doubt Wally's honesty. Frank Slaets lurks till he can catch Wally at corruption, with Peter Vinck as reluctant witness.

Wally is getting completely out of control, unable to afford his addictions, while Robin reconciles with her Lesbian partner and scares away from his deals. Paternoster seeks revenge for the 4 million euro he lost, including the huge 'commission' Wally appropriated. Wally is formally suspended by chief Broeckx, but none of the other officers really triumphs. Paternoster conspires with the Russian drug lord Vladimir Kozlov to kill 'Martino' by Molotov cocktail, but doesn't stay around to see the fiend drag his sister out, while attorney Nadia Camus refuses Wally as client and frustrates everybody as the cash remains confiscated, but no charges can be brought lacking any proof of a drug link. The Martens revenge attempt at their mother's funeral fails again, killing only innocent bystander cops.
