Is he a spy? A police officer? An archaeologist? A master of judo and magic?
While there is a limit to just how thorough this can be given its obvious time constraints, the featurette does a nice job of providing information about the character and Peter Lorre that fans will no doubt enjoy. It does this with quite a few interviews packed in -- including with the guy who wrote the biography of the author of the Moto books as well as the author's son, Timothy Marquand.
One could ask why "Meet Mr. Moto" appears on the last of the eight Moto films as a feature, but in a way it makes sense: even after eight films, do we really know who Moto is?
