Big Development In The Events

It was a great episode, I loved the beautiful humor in the scenes.

I loved Stephen Fry (Ian Gibbons) acting and sympathized with him.

I loved the references to the other companies especially the one about Twitter.

[8.5] How do you crush a lab scientist's ego?!

Warning: Spoilers
Episode 4: A great episode with more comic moments that I would have liked and contrary to my taste, but also having serious, deep and instructive moments that I liked very much.

Elizabeth becoming drier and more authoritative, running the company like a dictatorship and slowly becoming Sunny's slave, but she doesn't realize it yet...

Best episode - now completely hooked
Critic_For_Life10 March 2022
Amanda Seyfried is Elizabeth Holmes and she really gets into full character. Each episode gets better. I'm hooked. Acting is better. Anxious to see what happens next. I only saw the HBO documentary (several times), watched many interviews and I know eventually what happens and I am finding out more about EH as a person and how awful she treated those employees who were there supporting her from the beginning. She really gets what she deserves.

Riddled with Old Guy Investor Stereotypes
slowdive23-111 March 2022
This episode is subtle comedy GOLD! The best episode all around this far in this series, which has been building momentum without all the tropes and cliches.

Listen carefully to the insistent music in the lobby at Theranos between conference rooms meetings. There's anxiety and impending doom right below the surface. Alan Ruck is hilarious as the overly optimistic investor that's fairly low on the totem pole. The dialogue is fresh, vibrant and feels almost completely unrehearsed. Kudos to the wonderful direction in this episode!

"White" is purposely misleading in the episode title
polite-4569214 March 2022
Warning: Spoilers
"White" is purposely misleading in the episode title. Liz often was able to make connections with the men involved due to her being ethnically Jewish. Some--like Rosan--share her ethnicity and some--like Shultz--dedicated their careers to the Jewish people. Give some credit.
