Wow - a lot going on at the same time! Great episode. You wanna know what's going on with everything at the same time, and they switch perfectly between the different scenes.

It's sad to think about that soon both Addie and Burke will be gone. But great having Lexie join.

The Intern Exams

This Episode begins with Meredith, Izzie, Alex and Cristina, they are having a conversation about Susan in the kitchen. George gets a place at Mercy West. Ava got her memory back, but she won't tell Alex what her real name is. Today are the exams for Meredith, Izzie, George, Alex and Cristina. Meredith did not answer a single question during the test. Adele tells Addison that she is pregnant. Callie is also in the running for chief Resident, but Bailey is the favorite. Ava says that her real name is Rebecca Pope. Adele has fainted in the ladies restroom, Richard found her. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 3, such a great Episode finally. After these two pilot Episodes of Private Practice i needed this exciting Episode!

Why George/Izzie, WHY

The George and Izzie storyline was TERRIBLE! And totally not needed. Izzie is too much of a cry baby and never actually loved George, just didn't like that everyone but her was getting a happy ending to she had to ruin a good thing.
