In No Way Out (2007), Jane claims to have been 19 when she was abducted by Frank. Here however, Garcia claims Jane was 22 when it happened.
When Jane is speaking to Prentiss, JJ, and Hotchner, the shoes she placed on the table move around between shots.
When Frank calls Garcia for Gideon, the camera shows Hotchner, but he is not present in the scene. This is because Hotchner received the call and transferred it to Gideon.
In the teaser while Gideon is in the phone with Frank, he was holding the flowers in his right hand. In one of the black and white shots, he reaches up to his head with his empty right hand, and then after the call ends, he drops the flowers out of his right hand.
Before Frank and Jane jump out in front of the train, the shot of the background shows a dead end at the train station. The speeding train literally came out of nowhere, from the wrong direction and if it was coming into the station, it would have been slowing, not speeding up. If it had been going in the direction showed, it would have been slowly pulling out of the station, not speeding out.
Garcia has to plot out the ages of Frank's victims for Jason. When she reads them out loud she says he killed 43 in their 50s. This information, however, had not appeared on her screen yet when she said it.
The Union Station is the Union Station in Los Angeles, not Washington, DC.
When Gideon and Garcia walk into the Smithsonian, a shot of a panel reading "Predators of Austrailia" is flashed on the screen. This is a misspelling of Australia.
