Trauma informed
bec-craft14 January 2021
Great to watch a documentary that acknowledges that many individuals that commit crimes at a young age are not just 'bad kids' but have experienced significant trauma which is known to limit brain development, restricting the ability to make informed decisions. These kids have been failed by society.

AIRING SHOWS WITHOUT RESOLUTION
tonylaperna19 September 2021
Why in the world would you air a show without a conclusion? Several times you had viewers sit through this show, only to say "due to COVID, the hearing has been continued."

This is the equivalent of having movie viewers leave the theatre before the end of the movie. Please don't rush these episodes until you are faithfully able to answer the question of "Life or Parole".

You are wasting viewers' time when you rush to air shows before they are completed.

Another bleeding heart liberal show!

Warning: Spoilers
We they say kids behind bars they are talking kids that were at least teenage when they committed a crime so horrendous they were tired as an adult. Some were even old enough to drive and yet they feel they should be let out of jail cause they think they served enough time. Their victims are still dead even though their family wish they could come back to be with them.

Just watching to see criminals cry
ashleydf40827 November 2023
The mentality to sympathize with criminals will never cease to confuse me. The constant repeat of "Their brains aren't fully developed blablabla" drives me nuts. I don't care how old you are, everyone knows murder is wrong. Oh you are sorry? I don't care. Oh the defense lawyer thinks you've changed? Nope doesn't matter. You kill someone, you ended a life, you have now given up your right to live in society.

Shame on the defense attorneys who tried to free these criminals.

The best part about the show is seeing the life sentences get reinstated and the criminal cry like they actually thought they were getting out. That is very satisfying.
