INFINITUS is a "what if" tale about an artificial star that was designed to halt the Sun's Red Giant phase, and then utilize the source as long lasting energy for humanity. The experiment backfired, and now the sun's light has faded.

This film is heavily influenced by 2001: A Space Odyssey and Sunshine.
