A blind photographer takes a picture on film, then develops and prints it; his assistant sees the body of a Navy petty officer in the background, and she calls the NCIS; Gibbs and company investigate. The victim is a storekeeper third-class who works for the Defense Logistics Agency, and who is the subject of an investigation for alleged misuses of his position. Abby and Ducky, as usual, produce helpful results. A person of interest disappears, and the gang find his body, then they follow a fruity scent all the way to the surprising person responsible for both deaths and more. Jeanne encounters a problem, so Tony and Jeanne make a decision; Gibbs and Hollis have two chats.
