- A team of archaeologists discovers a mysterious cave used by the lost Anasazi people, but whoever enters it immediately inexplicably drops dead. A boat with one man on board is lost in the Bermuda Triangle.
- Anasazi Cave - Academics exploring a New Mexico cave possibly belonging to the lost native American Anasazi tribe suddenly start dying, the further they explore. Doyle, Axon, Constantine and team investigate by sending a probe into the cave but telemetry and signal to the probe starts to degrade the further it goes in. One of the academics of local native American heritage, Simon Bonito, has dreams of a female guardian beckoning him further into the cave. He also seems immune to the effects of the cave. Simon goes to the back of the cave with probes and sees a doorway with a light and the guardian from his dreams. One legend says that the Anasazi passed through such a gateway and left behind a guardian. Simon follows the guardian and disappears. The team seals the cave back up.
Devil's Triangle - On the island of Bermuda, a boat comes home after five days at sea with only the skipper weak and dehydrated, his passenger, Donny Brasco, missing. The skipper, Joey Veloz, insists that they were lost at sea for five weeks with dead instruments, dead in the water. Doyle, Donner, Axon and team investigate, Veloz reveals that his passenger abandoned ship in the life-raft. The coastguard reports that the boat reported in by radio as all ship-shape on day four. Joey confirms that day four was when they hit the dead zone. An old mechanical clock is the only thing on the boat that still worked because it's made of brass and therefore not effected by what must have effectively been an electromagnetic pulse. The team go to sea in Joey's boat and come across the dead zone. With instruments shielded against the electromagnetic bombardment, they are able to find Brasco still in the life-raft at the dead center, and they try to rescue him, but he and the phenomenon disappear before they get there. Doyle reveals that he has a fascination with the Bermuda Triangle having been through a phenomenon there himself on a previous case.
