Russell Crowe in Unhinged (2020)

Goofs

Unhinged

Edit

Continuity

When Rachel and her son drive away, following their first encounter with Russell Crowe's character, the rear passenger window that was stuck in a down position is seen from an internal shot as being up. In the next external shot the window is back down again.
The interior of the Volvo (drivers side B pillar) changes from broken to whole and back to being broken again.
At the beginning of the film, when the man forcibly and loudly enters the house through the front door, a light comes on through the window of the upstairs bedroom. Then two people are shown coming from the back of the house rather than coming down the stairs (which are seen through the front door).
When they are sat at table eating breakfast, the Heinz bottles on table switch from front to back.
Rachel can be seen putting her left indicator on, but in the shot of the rear of the vehicle her indicator is not flashing - this occurs at around the 28 minute mark.

Factual errors

Near the end, when the tow truck is taking the van away, it is still flipped on its roof on the bed of the truck. This would never happen. The process of recovery of a flipped vehicle is to set it back on all 4 wheels if possible making it easier to secure to the truck.
A small compact like Rachel's could not have done the damage that CGI does to the man's van, even flooring it..
None of the police vehicles have unit ID numbers on them.
In the 54th minutes, for no particular reason, Rachel is driving on the left hand side of the road which has no traffic (i.e., no reason to be on the wrong side of the road).
In the 106th minute, the police car has no unit identification number on the vehicle.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Rachel proceeds through a green light, she nearly strikes a black vehicle running a red light. The black car brakes in front of her and hits their horn, chastising her, when the black car was in the wrong. **People who drive recklessly often have no sense of accountability. The driver of the black car would probably find a reason to blame anyone but themselves for traffic infractions, no matter who was actually at fault.**
When Rachel sees her neighbors' new minivan, the owner says they just got it. It has a custom license plate, which takes 30-60 days to process. Depending on the state, the owner could have transferred the custom plate from the previous car.
As the audience knows that "the man" murdered his family at the start of the film, the character should have a name. **1. Why? 2. This is an opinion, not an error.**

Revealing mistakes

Cooper's minivan rams multiple cars, yet the headlights are intact and the front is barely scratched.
When Rachel removes the fuel nozzle from her car, that the cost and fuel amount are all zeroed out.

Miscellaneous

In the 64th minute when Rachel is driving in Kyle climbs into the back sat of the car, there's no reason she would commit an abrupt left lane change without reason and without signaling.
