Shortly after their cell phone conversation, Lionel see Lana and gets out of his car. In one of the shots of Lionel, his car has disappeared from behind him.
When the doctor is drawing blood from Phillipe Lamont, Jason Bartlett (The Supervisor of Project Ares) is seen at the glass pane standing near the doctor looking at Phillipe. In the next shot Jason is seen walking up to the glass pane.
After killing the Doctor the Zoner uses his thumbprint to open the security door lock, the Doctor is wearing rubber gloves.
In the final scene when Clark and Bizarro charge at each other in Clark time, flowing water from the leaking pipe to the left is falling in near-normal speed.
