With the ER temporarily closed for renovations and repairs, everyone has time to attend the night of the ER banquet, Luka's last act as its chief. Abby struggles to go along with Luka's secret agenda for the evening: a surprise wedding, which Hope eagerly helped prepare into detail. Abby is finally persuaded, even after the Justice of the Peace must cancel and sends a replacement, a rabbi.
