Simple animation that I found quite uninteresting
A man travels along the rail roads in the style of the old vagrants of the ol' days; the only difference is that this man is riding the rails on foot.
A simple idea this one and it makes for a very simple film, very simple animation and a very simple viewing experience. Using a form of stop animation a man is seen to be gliding across the rails of an old line before reaching the end of the short track. There isn't anything else to it for the viewer and it does just this and nothing more. As such it is vaguely interesting and is helped by the guitar of Chuck Tan as it aids the air of the film but essentially, when it comes down to it you've got two minutes of a man moving along a rail in a jerky fashion. It has as much value as that would suggest and I imagine that many viewers will have the same attitude I did upon watching it shrug an uninterested shrug and move on.
