After the cops find the dead body in the bathroom of the nightclub there is a scene where the two detectives play pool in a bar. In one split of a second you can see the que ball on the table but once the pool table is off camera the detective is clearly hitting a different ball.
In in the beginning of the movie, there is a double parking meter within a few feet of a fire hydrant.
At the end credits Cuba Gooding Jr. is credited as "Liam Chase" when his name in the film is in fact "Liam Case".
In the final shootout Swains M16 can clearly be seen to be a movie prop, solid carrying handle with no rear sight aperture.
As Case stabs Derek, a crewmember's hand holding a piece of equipment briefly comes into view on the right of the frame.
During the fast Steadicam move towards Derek firing the machine gun just after the police cars arrive, it's possible to see the edge of something attached to the camera on the extreme left of frame.
