Chris tells Kenan how Mother still won't let him get his driver's license. However, in earlier episodes, there's proof that he drives.(i.e. he drives Kel home, he drives the boys to the Lottery center, etc.) and the most obvious proof is his constant boasting that he has a radio in his car.
