Plot

Francine agrees to be the surrogate mother for their gay neighbors' child. But when the child is born, Stan kidnaps her and plans to take her to Nebraska, where he can legally keep the child away from them.

The Smiths favorite Gay neighbors, Greg and Terry, decide to have a baby and ask Francine to be their surrogate. She happily accepts but keeps it a secret from Stan due to his over-conservative feelings on the matter. Nine months later it turns out to be a good idea as Stan finds out and kidnaps the baby, hoping to put it up for adoption!
