Okay this was a pretty good procedural, but they made quite a few mistakes. Sweeney finds the guy who killed his partner, beats him up, then hocks a big loogie on the floor of the guy's apartment, leaving his DNA. Cops can't figure out who put the guy in the ER.
Prager-more on him later-goes for a ride with one of the cops who is assigned to deliver evidence to a lab, and the evidence bag is just laying out in the open. Prager gets the guy to pull over miles from the town, then murders him with a beer bottle, which he casually tosses into the brush on the side of the road. We see him walking away and there's an explosion. Later we learn that dude cop is dead because "he ran off the road and his car exploded." Are Canadian cops really this incompetent, or is the writer a hack? As for Prager, the dude they have playing him must be a scumbag in real life, because no one would know how to act like one unless they truly are one.
