In "The Scorpion and the Toad", we witness that Barney is stealing all of Marshall's girls. In this episode, Lily explains that Barney came to her in San Francisco and told her that he could not keep stealing girls from him and that she needs to come back. However, Lily had already left San Francisco and was staying with Robin in New York before Barney started to steal the girls away.
At the end of the episode, when they're all back at the bar, Barney sits down at the table with a pint glass. Later on, whenever the camera is back on him, he's seen holding a rocks glass.
When Ted is driving to Foxwood's Casino, the shifter in the car is still in drive the whole time.
In the scene where Barney goes to meet Lily who is still in San Francisco (around the 20 minute mark), he buys a ticket for her and says "I can't keep stealing chicks from Marshall". In the second episode of the season where he does the referred stealing, he does so 'after' Marshall "checks out Robin's ass" and that's when Lily is back in NY.
Robin gets Lily a black vibrator. The women at the shower exclaim that it is "just like the one Miranda gave Charlotte in Sex and the City." However, The Rabbit does not come in black (and the one Charlotte received was pink).
