This is a short film included as a special feature for the DVD release of "The Loved One"--a very sick but funny comedy about the death industry. Because the feature was made back in the mid-1960s, it's not too surprising that many of the actors and the director have died before the short was made--and so only a few of those in the film appeared in the featurette.
So is this sort film any good? Yes. But what I found best was not how they made the film (though this was worth seeing), but how people reacted at the time. Apparently, when it was previewed a lot of folks walked out on "The Loved One" and it apparently did offend man folks. And, how because of this the film has become a bit of a cult film--this is the part of the featurette I enjoyed the most. Worth a look if you happen to get the DVD for the feature. My only complaint is that I wanted more--more behind the scenes stuff and just more in general, as 18 minutes seems too short.
