Continuity

The course of this episode is shown from the perspective of three characters: Clark, Lex, and Lana. And since the events are all the same, but from different perspectives, the dialogue must also be the same. However, when Chloe and Clark in the wine cellar, part of Clark's dialogue is different. In the first scene, Clark says, "Letting Lana go is the hardest thing I've ever had to do, Chloe. If you don't know that, then you don't know me as well as I thought you did." In the second scene, Clark says, "Giving up Lana is the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life, and if you don't know that, then you don't know me very well."
Chloe has no visible scar under her collarbone from when Clark burned her in "Freak".
The invitation that Lex handed Clark in Trespass stated the wedding was to begin at 6:00, but in this episode, it started around 5:00..
Clark and Chloe's dialogue is slightly different in their conversation in the wine cellar. From Clark's perspective, he tells Chloe, "You don't know me as well as I thought you did," but from Lana's perspective, he tells Chloe she doesn't "know him very well." Facial expressions and pronunciations in this scene also differ.
In the previous episode, Chloe is kidnapped by Lex and almost killed for being meteor infected. Yet, in this episode, she attends his wedding as the maid of honor, like nothing had happened.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Clarke and Chloe are in the basement, Clarke runs off and there is the normal whoosh and blur effect. However, when the same scene is seen again from Lana's perspective, the whoosh and blur are missing and Clarke just vanishes silently when he starts to move.

Crew or equipment visible

There was a crew member visible in the reflective glass behind Clark during the scene in the barn where he was looking at the picture of him and Lana.
