- Fozzie: [about his painting] It's Piggy, Nanny.
- Piggy: Oh, really?
- [Piggy sees a big black spot]
- Piggy: WHAT? That is supposed to be me?
- Nanny: It's very n-nice, Fozzie, but I'm not sure I can see Piggy in it.
- Fozzie: You can't? She's wearing a pretty pink party dress, and there's birthday presents all around her, and all her friends are there. See?
- Nanny: They are? Then why is it so black?
- Fozzie: Oh. That's because it's a surprise party and we haven't turned on the lights and yelled, "Surprise," yet.
- Gonzo: Hey, I didn't get a chance to show Nanny my picture.
- Skeeter: Let me see.
- Fozzie: What is it?
- Piggy: That's weird, Gonzo.
- Animal: Me see!
- Rowlf: Wow. What is it?
- Gonzo: Not what, who. I decided to do all of us. Hee hee. The one in the back is me.
- Kermit: Gee, Gonzo, it's real... real, um, um, um, um, different.
- Piggy: Awful!
- Skeeter: It's not awful, Piggy. You just have to look at it a little closer.
- Rowlf: [gets closer to Gonzo's painting] You mean a lot closer.
- [Kermit tells the story of Beauty and the Beast with himself as the woodsman, Skeeter as the wife, and Piggy, Rowlf, and Scooter as his three daughters]
- Skeeter: How was your journey, dear husband?
- Kermit: Um, not so good. I got lost and was rescued by this beast.
- Skeeter: Beast?
- Kermit: Yeah. And in return for his kindness, he made me promise to send him my most beautiful daughter to keep him company.
- Piggy: [after looking at Rowlf and Scooter] This doesn't look too good for me, does it?
