Terry's church sermon
ShadeGrenade2 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
June is gathering together items for the Vicar's forthcoming Jumble Sale. Terry comes home from work and thinks she has just bought the items, and urges her to get rid of them. The Vicar comes to collect the stuff, and mentions that Mr. Cutforth is unable to give the church sermon on Sunday. Guess who gets the job?

Not a classic episode, but a good one nevertheless.

As you might reasonably expect, Terry cannot bring himself to do a straightforward Bible reading. He intends acting it out, with him employing various accents. One of those he plans to use sounds like Robert Newton's famed performance as 'Long John Silver'. Will he wind up offending the parishoners?

Funniest moment - Terry getting an attack of hiccups as he reads the sermon. Then he breaks his glasses and has to struggle to read what is on the printed page.
