Themes of suicide. The swan's suicide at the end of Swan Lake is discussed and is artfully depicted by a ballerina. A character theorizes that another character attempted to commit suicide unsuccessfully. A character supposedly dies of a self inflicted wound, but isn't concerned about dying.

Perhaps the goriest part of the movie is when a creepy character picks up a sharp object and rams it repeatedly into her own face. We see it in full detail, with bloody wounds in her face and neck. This character appears shortly after in jump scares, but from a distance where we only see blood and not the wound detail.
