It gets better as it develops.
Sleepin_Dragon8 November 2020
Harry and Nikki continue in search of their respective truths.

It is a decent send off for the series, it's by no means a classic, but it is pretty good. You have to suspend your disbelief with both cases, as there are several moments where reality vanishes. A decent twist at the end.

Harry's case is perhaps the more interesting of the two, more so after he's threatened for pushing for the truth. The ending is good, with a decent chase thrown in, events take an unexpected twist.

Sandy McDade is excellent as Marona, despite only having a small part, she's very good. Jim Carter was also solid as Malcolm.

Solid, 7/10.

Nikki=Bad Judgment

We are brought to the conclusion of the two cases. Nikki digs around and eventually confronts the person or persons who killed the two girls. She once again faces death because she goes off half cocked. Harry continues to look into the insurance company that is playing hardball with the survivors. His threats are all he has.

This disappointing two parter ends with lazy scripting
msghall6 July 2021
I was pretty much bored by this episode but was beginning to become engrossed when one of the lead characters does something so stupid, so inexplicable that all believability was lost. Whether it was the result of lazy scripting or the director bungling a key script development, the all-too-convenient but laughable plot twist ruins the whole episode and left me irritated.

Ugh where did Nikki come from?

I can't stand Nikki's character. She's always looking shocked, crying or stepping way outside her position. How does she still have a job when she can't follow rules or instructions?And how has she suddenly become the main character? The interesting storylines are the only thing that keeps me watching
