In season three it is revealed that Ryan's birthday is March 19, 1988. However on his hospital bracelet that Taylor kept for a scrapbook it says his birthday is 9-5-86, which would make him almost 21 a year out of high school. Also, Taylor's bracelet says her birthday is 7-9-85, making her almost 22 one year out of high school. A 1988 birthday would be chronologically correct for both characters.
In a scene of the Seattle skyline, the Kingdome is visible. The facility was demolished in March 2000 to facilitate construction of the Seattle Seahawks' new stadium.
