- There is only one scene in this film involving sexuality, but it is rather disturbing. A zombified man spreads a woman's legs, briefly caresses her clothed breasts with a knife, and then licks her face.
Violence & Gore

- The appearance of the zombified characters is rather gruesome. They are also inclined to kill anyone that they see.
- Throughout the film, a woman has visions of violent happenstances that terrorize her.
- A woman badly sprains her ankle. For a split second, her foot can be seen twisting.
- A man is drowned by a supernatural force.
- A man stabs a woman multiple times between the legs. Very bloody and disturbing.
- A man accidentally stabs his hand on a tree branch.
- When a zombified woman approaches the same man, he takes out a switchblade and slits her throat. We do not see the act, but we see the aftermath later.
- A man confronts a zombified woman by shooting her in the torso, hitting her multiple times with his gun, and then driving an axe through her head.
- A man kills a group of zombified people using an axe, and then sets their corpses on fire.
- A man hits another man in the face with a gun. The victim's nose and mouth start to bleed.
- A woman stabs a zombified man repeatedly with a switchblade with very bloody results.
- A man kills a zombified man using a metal pipe (Offscreen).
- A man tries to shoot at a zombified man, but misses.
- A woman stabs a zombified man in the back. She then grabs a shovel and drives it through his head, severing the top part away from the rest of his body with the help of another man.
- A zombified man is caught on fire.
- A woman siphons gas from a car and tells a man to burn her alive. He does so, and afterwards, we see the foot of her charred corpse.
- A zombified person somehow kills another man offscreen. The victim is seen falling to the floor with blood dripping from his eyes.
- A few men emerge from their car with their clothes almost entirely covered in blood.

- There are a few instances of swearing, involving words such as "bullshit" and "damn."
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A man smokes a cigarette in the car.
- A man carries a pair of alcohol bottles.
- A man carries a flask during the hike. Towards the end of the film, in his zombified state, he drinks from it one last time.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The plot involves a curse in which whenever someone's blood touches the ground, they eventually turn into a zombie. The zombified person then goes to kill whoever they encounter, thus repeating the process.
- The zombified characters do look unsettling and will most likely frighten younger audiences.
- The main character has visions of violent scenes throughout the film.
- There is an abundance of bloody violence and imagery in this film. Not for the weak-stomached.
