Scrubs' emotional moments
namor_jedi20 October 2007
Although Scrubs is well known for its witty humor, every once in a while an episode tends to pull at the heart strings. I have to say that some of my favorite Scrubs episodes are not the ones that end with me laughing out loud, but rather on the verge of tears. It's so rare that a TV show of this type can do that and the writers' and actors' abilities to pull off these moments is amazing. This is right up there with the episode when Ben dies as one of the most gut wrenching. The heated debate between Cox and Laverne culminates in a drastically terrible ending and shows that this show is more than a situational comedy, but a show that could be about real people. And that is what keeps me coming back for more.

Why is this ep not available on iTunes?

Warning: Spoilers
I'm watching the 6th Season of Scrubs on iTunes and it's weird that this episode is not available. So when I watch, I see the brown scrubs episode, and then all of a sudden Jordan's having a cesarean and Nurse Robers is in a coma. Does anyone know if there's a reason they (iTunes, the network, the production company?) are not selling this one?

When I read that Sarah Chalke was submitted for an Emmy nomination for this episode, I definitely thought it was worth seeing.

I know that there's a big debate in this episode about God. Did it cause a stink or something? Or are they just holding back so I have to buy the DVD?

Is this episode also missing from syndication, or has Season 6 not hit syndication yet?

Thanks! J
