This is a beautifully rendered CGI short film from Germany. I saw the English language version and assume there isn't much difference between them. The story is about Lucifer. He's lonely and wants to find a girlfriend. So, with the help of his not particularly loyal sidekick, Wilber, he creates a dating video and then meets with ladies who respond. However, being the Prince of Darkness has its faults and one of these is that it's hard to find a nice girl to love and the video idea seems to be a bust. However, quite unexpectedly he finds someone and from then on there are changes in store for the netherworld.
This film has very good animation. While it's not the quality of stuff from the big studios like Pixar, it's still very good and has a nice cartoony look and is in some ways quite reminiscent of SHREK. They manage to make the Devil and Hell look rather cute and the film is entertaining--providing you don't take it all very seriously.
