When the ladies are in the store and Trina suggests the gown Sheila should buy, the gown is short; when she wears it for Mike, it's long.

When Marcus & Angela arrive at his ex's house to pick up his kids, they both get out of the car. Before she knows he is going for a walk and she will need to drive the children home, Angela closes her door when the logically step would have been to get back into the car.

When Terry comes into the mountain-cabin bedroom and notices that Diane has fallen asleep while working, first, her laptop computer is screen-up on her lap with the stylus in her hand, but just before Terry leaves, the laptop is screen-down and the stylus is gone.

After Diane pours the orange juice at breakfast, the carafe is empty when she answers the phone; by the time the conversation ends, the carafe contains some juice.

Diane wouldn't be a defense attorney in a criminal/murder case if she were a top litigator at her law firm.
