Good film.

What an amazing piece of cinematic history! I loved it... Her outfit is hot, she is hot and she's bad ass... what more could you ask for? Maybe Michael T. Weiss doing a British accent... WaiT!?! That's in there too! the Pretender is for real!!

For Styrofoam the sets look amazing - not to mention the pyro technics..

100+ special effects in a 20+ minute short - hints of the matrix, equilibrium, mission impossible and a little fifth element!!!

This thing needs to be introing the next major action film all across the US - wide release, lots of coverage, and a great crowd warmup.

Check it out.

Warning: Spoilers
"Razor Sharp" is a 25-minute live action short film from the United States in the English language. The writer and director is Marcus Perry and this is probably his most known work. It is from 2006, so it had its 10th anniversary last year. Lead actress is the somewhat famous Cassidy Freeman and another name that may strike familiar to some is (now deceased) child actress Skye McCole Bartusiak, who plays probably the biggest supporting character. Thiks film is 100% action. Occasional throw-ins of drama and comedy, maybe even emotion, aren't working out at all. The plot and story did extremely little for me as the film is so blatantly over the top with regards to almost everything: special effects, line delivery and the impact it unsuccessfully is trying to make. The ending makes it look a bit as if they considered making a sequel or even a show based on these characters, but eventually I am not sad at all it did not work out because it was a very forgettable watch. Only recommended to those who occasionally enjoy pointless action movies and big explosions with little story. I myself am not surprised that Perry did not break through beyond short films in the last decade. Thumbs down from me for this one.

Awesome flick

This action short was really well-done. Attention to detail was there throughout. I thought the script was well-written with timely points where humor was used. Really cool special effects I have not seen before. For example the head-cam following the victim to the ground. Also the elevator shaft scenes were executed nicely. Its amazing the product they were able to get from such a limited budget. Very impressive. Cassidy Freeman is beautifully cast and did a great job too with the sarcasm. I would totally see this in a full feature if it were expanded. Definitely the best short-film I've seen. Hopefully we can see more from this group.

Razor Sharp Razor Awesome

Now I love movies often times I would take a gamble on some films even short films and see how they would hold their own against each other and after watching Razor Sharp all I can say is this is how you make a short film.

Razor Sharp is a short motion picture and let me tell you it is not a disappointment my curiously for the film pick up when I was looking at the IMDb page for Cassidy Freeman and this film was in her list of films she has start in.

So I decide to watch it and I'm glad I did because from the start of the film it grabs your attention.

The plot centers around Veronica Sharpe (Cassidy Freeman) is a thief who gets hired by Dex (Michael T. Weiss) to steal an exotic code- breaker from a high security skyscraper. However her conscience comes into play.

The character of Veronica Sharpe is one I would love to see more of because she is a beauty, sarcastic, wise cracking, and all around kick butt woman. With help from Bryce (Adam Gregor) he serves as her tech support and alley. I just would love to see more of her character developed with a TV series or a sequel she just became a impressive character and Cassidy Freeman made her a joy to watch. Plus her outfit is awesome and makes her look not only like a boss but a beauty as well.

The film as some of the coolest special effects I have seen in quite some time in a short film and that's the thing it's a short film and they spare no expense to make it quite the film. Razor Sharp feels like a big time action film like the film was inspired by other big time action films because it feels that way but still holds it own.

It might be short but it pack a wallet with impressive fight scenes as well as clever wise cracks, Veronica Sharpe shows that she is a boss of a character. I mean I just love this character Veronica Sharpe from the start of her film

The film has a well crafted story to follow along with strong casting and performances from the cast of the film the music in the film is well done as it helps move the story of each scene. The writing for the film is very good as the writers really took the time to make it a entertaining film from the start.

This is how you do a short film and it just a phenomenal piece of work and shows the best things come in small packages. Cassidy Freeman, Adam Gregor, Michael T.Weiss and Skye McCole Bartusiak all did a superb job in the film

Overall if you want a serious and clever entertainment film then Razor Sharp is your film it has a strong cast, awesome special effects and wild stunts then Razor Sharp is for you. Just give it a watch and you'll be impress with how a short action film can be done and still hold it own against other films.

I give Razor Sharp an 10 out of 10
