When Lisa checks the definition of the word "celebrity" in a dictionary, she opens it close to the middle of the book. Then when she refers to the word "fame", she skips ahead only a few pages. It's doubtful that a dictionary would be so verbose about words starting with the first three letters while being so concise about the remaining letters.
