Frylock creates a genetically mutated dog for Meatwad named Handbanana, who soon begins to periodically rape Carl.

Meatwad wants a dog to play with. So, Frylock found a software program known as Make Your Own Dog 1.0. They decided to put the software next to Carl's pool while they witness the creation. Shake accidentally put his hand on the pool, making the dog yellow and shaped like a banana. The Aqua Teens named the dog Handbanana. However, Carl heard the dog saying this threat; "Tonight.... you."

The Aqua Teens didn't believe that Carl heard the dog talk. To impress the crew, the dog played fetch and baked muffins. After missing a ball, he anally raped Carl in his house. He returned and warned Carl again about getting raped in the middle of the day. Carl confessed to the Aqua Teens that getting raped by a dog is off-limits. Carl received a call that he thinks is Frylock saying that Handbanana got sent to the pound for raping Carl. Carl decided to relax on the chair on his stomach when all of a sudden, Handbanana raped him again.

Carl had the last straw and demanded the Aqua Teens where Handbanana is after Carl filled every orifice in his body with wacky glue. The dog used CPR to help Carl remove the glue. Carl decided to create a dog based on his own DNA named the Enforcer. Carl's dog wanted to be named Spaghetti instead. Carl forced Spaghetti to rape Handbanana for revenge but Spaghetti decided not to because he is not attracted to Handbanana. Carl explained to Spaghetti that they have a lot in common, which lead to both Handbanana and Spaghetti raping Carl. Frylock later learned that the software used to create the dogs are in illegal in over eighty countries. Shake masturbates to the dogs attacking Carl from the window. Frylock scolded Shake for such material and to get a room. Shake claimed he never has a room.
