The Stamford office discusses the order for "Fairfield County Schools." However, Connecticut schools are not run by counties but rather by individual town and regional districts, meaning Fairfield County wouldn't be the ones placing a paper order.
However, counties have school boards as well, and sometimes even have their own schools. These are separate but sometimes over school districts.
Karen wants a bag of Herr's Salt and Vinegar chips, but there aren't any in the vending machine. However, when she walks by the vending machine, the chips are in slot B1.
In the cold open, when Michael is acting like he's going to the warehouse behind paper boxes, and Pam asks for coffee from the warehouse, when Michael comes back up, the mug he has coffee in is Jim's red patterned mug that he uses throughout the series, even though Jim is in Stamford at the time.
Just after Michael walks away from Kelly and sees Dwight trying to stuff the bird into the soda can, a non-cast member can be seen to the lower right.
