Kate shows up 45 minutes late for work. She rushes up the sidewalk to meet Barry and their group, but she is wearing a totally different outfit than she was wearing when she left her apartment to go to work.

Before Angie arrives at Kate's place to move in, Kate is sitting in bed with the pillows and sheets displaced. At the end of the scene, we see Angie passed out on Kate's completely made bed.

When they are test tasting the soups, Barry picks up "c", which is the green pea soup. In the next take, the carrot soup is labeled "c", and "b" is now empty.

When Kate is trying to make Angie take the big orange vitamin, as Kate hands water to Angie, Angie removes the vitamin from her mouth, in the same camera shot, Angie spits out the water (without putting the vitamin back in her mouth) - and as soon as spits the water out she shows the vitamin in her mouth.

When Kate is taking a pregnancy test early in the film, the hand holding the watch changes from left to right. according to the DVD commentary, this is because all scenes shot with close ups of her hands used a hand double.

Angie would never be able to be a surrogate without having a child of her own first. All reputable surrogacy agencies in the US require their surrogates to have had at least one full-term, live birth before becoming a surrogate.

Carl tells the doorman to shut his Suzuki Samurai down in Drive, then slam it into Park. That model was never offered with an automatic transmission.

Angie cannot open the door to Kate's "space car," an Audi A6, because it is locked, despite pulling the door handle several times. If an Audi door is locked, the first pull on the handle from inside unlocks the door, and the second pull opens it.

When Angie and Kate are driving through Kate's neighborhood, all of the parked cars have front and back license plates. Pennsylvania only requires back license plates.

Pennsylvania does not have front license plates as shown when Angie and her common law husband pull up in front of Kate's apartment.

When Kate is giving Angie the health food pill, you can see that Tina Fey accidentally drops the first one so she has to get another one.

Kate clearly has a Motorola Razr phone, but every time it rings or receives a text, sounds from a Palm Treo can be heard.

When Carl and Angie argue, a crew member's light is reflected in the rear of Carl's red car.

The neighborhood Super Fruity is located in is "WeBeSoCa," or "Webster South of Catherine". In Philadelphia, Webster Street runs parallel to Catherine Street, exactly one block south. So this neighborhood name does not make sense.

When Angie goes into labor, Kate drives her to the hospital. In a long shot, they drive over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to Camden, NJ. Later, they arrive at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.

As Kate is driving Angie home, they drive across a Bridge to New Jersey. They later pass a sign for PA Route 51, which is near Pittsburgh.

Barry names the pea soup "Health Monster" but when Kate tells Angie to eat the soup, she calls it "Monster Health."
