Given the basis of Tritter's resentment of House as a reason for investigation, it is highly unlikely any DA would've sanctioned the actions taken against Wilson and the other Doctors in Houses' circle. More likely, the hospital would have pressed harassment charges on Tritter and would have raised questions with his superiors to, at minimum, assign a different officer to the investigation.
[Around 00:24:40] Dr Cameron tosses House a bottle of pills that "takes the edge off" her PMS, as a substitute for his vicodin®. The only acceptable substitute for vicodin, a combination opiate analgesic of hydrocodone, is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID). NSAIDs are usually prescribed for dysmenorrhoea, which Dr Cameron wrongly referred to as her PMS. Dysmenorrhoea is a pain that occurs around the time of menstruation, while PMS is a psychosomatic disorder that begins around the time of ovulation and actually gets better around the time of menstruation. The treatment of PMS is largely dietary restrictions and antidepressant medications. Most people confuse the terminology of PMS with dysmenorrhoea, but Cameron, being a doctor herself, should not have used the incorrect term.
At about 22:00 House is lying on the floor. When you first see his watch, it says either 11:05 or 5:35. A moment later the watch says either 4:10 or 10:40, depending on which end of the watch is up.
