Kevin Maddox, a violent thug is arrested for robbery, Tina, the girl he with is later found beaten, Kevin is given an incredibly tough time by his defence brief.
Very good, one that pretty much serves to develop Sally's character, it's a good, simple story, but it's the performance of Jaye Griffiths that impresses, she is great here. What a character, if ever you've watched Bancroft, that's where I imagine Sally being in present day, nothing would be our of bounds in her climb to the top.
Trevor Cooper is terrific here as Lubbock, anyone and everyone would have wanted to get him. Good character.
