The movie is supposed to be a 2008 TV broadcast, but at the end of the movie; when they give us the aftermath facts before the credits; they say that Zikri is still waiting for his appeal over one year after his conviction on April 10, 2008. So, if he was convicted on April 10, 2008 and it has been over a year since that time; that would mean that the broadcast is taking place no earlier than 2009 and not in 2008.

The archive footage meant to depict President Bush greeting people on the rope line outside a speech to the Economic Club of Chicago was actually taken from an event at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. While the speech in the movie takes place in the evening, President Bush greets one of the people on the rope line by saying "Good morning."

The FBI Agent in charge, Robert Macguire, says the apprehended suspect, Frank Molini was 28 years old. His drivers license, which shows on the screen says he was born April 2, 1975 which would make him 32 in October 2007 when the movie takes place.

In U.S Standard kept time, : is used between the numbers, as in 3:30pm. However, on an American broadcast, in the corner of the screen the time is given as 3.30 which is the European standard for time. American News keeps the : on their clock tickers.

A news reporter says the aircraft carrier Nimitz is being sent back to the Mediterranean Sea. The file footage they show is of the aircraft carrier Enterprise.

The Army uniforms Casey Claybon and his brother are seen wearing in photographs have several problems; beret worn has a shoulder patch sewn on it instead of a beret flash, paratrooper's jump wings worn under the Combat Infantyman's Badge, he has a CIB, but no ribbons from his service in Iraq, wearing a "chocolate chip" Gulf War style BDUs that are not worn nowadays by US soldiers in Iraq, and wearing a woodland camouflage t-shirt - something never worn by US troops.

The assassination scenario outlined in the film mixes those of the Kennedy assassination in 1963 and the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan in 1981, but such an attack would be quite unlikely today as following the Reagan attempt, the United States Secret Service modified its presidential protection procedures to minimize outdoor limousine entries/exits - and never would one be attempted in any area with several high-rise buildings as depicted in the film.

In stock footage supposedly shot in 2007, a US Navy F-14 Tomcat is seen launching from an aircraft carrier. Tomcats were retired from service in September, 2006.

On the Michigan Drivers License, the address is listed on S. Ellis St. in Dearborn, MI. However, Ellis St. does not have a direction, and also runs East to West, not North to South.
