Hard times for Bailey

The M&M is kicking Bailey's ass... I feel for her, but it is also nice to see a more fragile, humble side of her. Makes us like her more. And Alex is being sweet this episode, supporting Bailey on more than one occasion.

I'm glad Callie put her foot down, George deserved it.

And now Finn is out of the picture, but our main couple has yet to reunite. I like that they're taking some time for Mer and Derek to get together again. We all know it will happen eventually!

Burke and Cristina are still on thin ice, and the stakes get higher and higher....

M&M Meeting Problems

This Episode begins with Izzie, she is making breakfast for Meredith. Mark had sex with Callie this night. Cristina, Meredith, George, Alex, Richard, Bailey and Burke go to the M&M meeting. Addison and Derek have finalized their divorce this morning. Burke has a emotional conversation with Izzie, the subject is Denny and the gunfight. Adam gets a heart attack. Addison says to Derek that she was in love with Mark in the past. Meredith says to Derek that she broke up with Finn. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 3, such another great performance from the actors. I really like that Izzie will stay in this series!
