An Asian woman with little English arrives at the front desk, and seems reluctant to speak to anyone, Norika wins her trust.
It is good that the show is finally starting to become a little more diverse, we are getting to see a bigger variety of characters. This is a pretty good episode, it's a good, solid episode, with a very surprising sting in the tail at the end.
Sometimes when the show deals with a culturally diverse storyline, you have one eye half open, as both size nines heavily jump about maybe times are changing a little.
Norika is terrific here as the central officer, Seeta Indrani always impressed me, such a good actress.
Tosh rambling on about baking in the olden days is amusing, everyone is unimpressed.
7/10.
