June is on hand to assist a woman who runs past the squad car, and has clearly been assaulted.
It's not a bad episode, it's just a little anonymous, and a little dull, it's a decent story, but compare the pacing and script to the previous episode, and it's just so bland in comparison.
It's a little hard to have any sympathy for Ruth, but she does save Auntie June, so for that she deserves some praise, she does also have a cheeky sense of humour.
The brightest thing about it is Jez's hair. He looks about a decade out of place here.
Sue Devaney of Dinnerladies fame is good as Ruth, she's an interesting character. Some of the acting here though is a little questionable.
6/10.
