Several of the attack scenes show the tiger charging the victim from the front. All cats, from house mousers to the largest tigers, approach prey from the rear or side, and kill with a bite through the spine at the base of the neck. There are several documented cases of people avoiding big cat attack simply by keeping the approaching animal in front of them.
The other soldier is referred to as Corporal; however, he only has a single chevron on his BDU shirt and hat, single chevron is a rank of an E-2 private. A Corporal is an E-4 with two chevrons.
The small jeeps the US Army is using in the movie are called Iltis, and were used by the Canadian Forces. They were in the process of being phased out when this movie was made, and were never used by the US military.
After about 48 minutes of play, Roy Satterly is walking alone through the woods; on the right you can see a sound engineer with a microphone.
