Pox is a gay, neurotic Anti-Christ with his own hit TV show. One night while interviewing a celebrity, Pox is accosted by a supernatural, alien fag-hag, Borbola. Pox flips out on the air, losing his TV show and his fame. Crushed, he roams the earth searching for solace...at a day spa. But instead of getting his beloved mani-pedi, he is kidnapped off the Hollywood streets by an inept Satanic cult, who wear tacky yellow robes, and force him to produce the Anti-Christ child by doing that icky, icky thing with a runaway cheerleader. When that doesn't work, Borbola talks Pox into traveling back in a time machine to kill Jesus so Pox can rule the universe without competition, but her retarded plan backfires. Before long the Satanic mansion is filled with fifty messiahs who are recruited as cult members by Mantus, the cranky and quixotic cult leader.
Will Pox's captivity teach him how to stand up for himself against wackos and bullies? In the end will Pox get his fierce mani-pedi, realize his inner fabulousness, and finally find true love with a giant, brawling Welshman?
