- Perhaps a scene depicting something happening to someone while they are in a semi conscious state could be alarming but it is not particularly graphic. Further detail if required follows. A woman gives birth while in a tranquilised state. The birth is not shown but visual sequences are used to depict how she is feeling and what she is sensing from her perspective - not from that of an onlooker.
