When Locke awakes in the middle of the grassy field at the beginning of the episode, his shirt is filthy front and back. A moment later, at the beach, that same shirt is rid of the large stain in the middle of his back.
In the flashback, when Locke is driving his truck into the camp, there is a brief close-up of the cab in which there is no one in the passenger seat; Eddie is not there.
