Tired of being victims, four homeless kids band together to wipe crime from their streets but soon find themselves targeted by both an embarrassed police force and a vengeful warlord.

Casey and her brother Aaron lead a ragtag group of self proclaimed freedom fighters. Together with their partners in crime, Dominic and Sam, these unlikely protectors of the street are suddenly thrust into a life and death struggle after they witness a murder and their attempt at vigilante justice backfires.
